Practices that will help you move more easily and improve your strength and flexibility and at the same time create a quieter, calmer mind. At the same time you will learn how to create new habits based on simple, underwhelming lifestyle practices that will improve your energy, help you sleep better, make better food choices and strengthen your digestion, and even improve your relationships. These are all an outcome of our day to day choices and habits, so this is not just a course, it's an investment in how you want to live the rest of your life.
