I have been a student of Ayurveda & Yoga for 20 years and am Newcastle's most experienced Ayurveda practitioner. My Diploma in Satyananda Yoga was completed while living at Mangrove Yoga Ashram for 2 ½ years, and most recently I became certified in Aroma Freedom.
As a practitioner, my holistic approach blends the ancient wisdom and tools of Ayurveda and Yoga with my own extensive life knowledge and skills. I am passionate about wellbeing and supporting people in creating and sustaining a balanced, healthy life.
I know how elusive a ‘life of balance’ can be juggling multiple roles and have developed lots of practical strategies and this course is all about sharing them with you.
