Ayurveda and Yoga hold the understanding of our true Nature and how to live in alignment with Nature's rhythms and cycles. They provide both a philosophy for living well and direct-action steps for making change and self-healing. The wisdom, tools and practices within these ancient traditions show us how to care for, strengthen and heal our body, mind and spirit.
In whatever way we work together, a private session, a workshop or retreat, my intention is to support and guide you to live more consciously. Our work together is guided by 3 values - Simplicity, Authenticity and Freedom and offers you the space to pause … the tools and skills to reflect … and the inspiration to reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Aware WellBeing is a community that has grown around me over the last 20 years. A community, predominately of women, who wish to live more consciously. A space where I share information and offerings around my own life experience and the wisdom and tools of Ayurveda, Vedic Meditation, Yoga and Aroma Freedom.
