No-one would argue the importance of living a life that is
authentic…but how many of us feel we are truly doing that at the moment?

2 Wise Women courses offer you the opportunity to rediscover your authenticity…

…the space in which to pause,

……the tools and skills to reflect,

………and the pathways to reconnect with your inner wisdom.

The concept of 2 Wise Women

The concept of 2 Wise Women was hatched in a guest house in Ubud, Bali where Mary and Coralie were holed up for a few days while Mary nursed a badly sprained ankle. Taking this opportunity to look at how they could continue to share their love of Yoga and Ayurveda with others, the name emerged.

Who are the 2 Wise Women?

2 Wise Women are the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda and the wisdom inherent in these sciences.

Together these ancient, sciences address the physical, mental and spiritual needs of the individual by re-connecting us with our own inner wisdom, providing the tools to tune in to the workings of body and mind and, through this process, nurture the spirit. 2 Wise Women is about using the wisdom offered in these sciences to help us tap into, and harness our own inner wisdom; the notion that universal wisdom is reflected in the individual and that the individual is a mirror of the cosmos.

How do the “2 Wise Women” bring about change?

To answer this we invite you to step out of your world and experience what they have to offer. We provide you a week in a controlled, supported environment to do just that. The daily program is structured, meal times are regular, food is simple and delicious, the body and mind are toned with daily yoga practices and a regular routine for sleeping and rising is established.

Within that framework we share with you how Ayurveda and Yoga can bring about positive and permanent good health on all levels; physical, mental and spiritual. The systems are simple, gentle and extraordinarily effective. In one week you will notice the difference.

Is “2 Wise Women” only for women?

The sciences of Ayurveda and Yoga have been practiced by both men and women for centuries with equal applicability and benefits. Some of our courses are open to both men and women and others are designed specifically to address women’s health and spirituality and are, therefore, suitable for women only.

With Coralie as my yoga teacher and Mary as my Ayurvedic practitioner, I was eager to join them on retreat in Bali to learn more about the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda, and of course myself.

Narasoma, where the retreat is held, is set in a wonderfully luscious tropical hideaway, where peace and tranquillity comes as soon as you enter the grounds.

The daily programme on retreat is structured so that you are getting full benefits from the food you consume (which is so nourishing and delicious), the physical exercise and meditation practise you take, and the education program presented to help understand and navigate your desired path.

I felt totally supported and nurtured by everyone participating in the retreat. I have made lovely friends with whom I have shared a very valuable lifetime experience.
