“With Coralie as my yoga teacher and Mary as my Ayurvedic practitioner, I was eager to join them on retreat in Bali to learn more about the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda, and of course myself. Narasoma, where the retreat is held, is set in a wonderfully luscious tropical hideaway, where peace and tranquillity comes as soon as you enter the grounds. The daily programme on retreat is structured so that you are getting full benefits from the food you consume (which is so nourishing and delicious), the physical exercise and meditation practise you take, and the education program presented to help understand and navigate your desired path.
