"My life was all too much…too much food, too much work, too much wine, too much coffee, too much of everything that was taking me in a downward spiral. The retreat experience was life affirming. An opportunity to start to think about making changes that are more aligned with my values, with who I want to be and with how I want to live my life." Julia 2019
