The wisdom and practices of the ancient tradition of Ayurveda and Yoga remind us how to care for, strengthen and heal our BodyMind. I have also completed my Reiki Master training and Aroma Freedom Certification. My aim is to help you reconnect with your own inner power to heal and share the wisdom and tools that will enable you to support your own health and well-being.
Consultations (90 mins - $130 / 60 mins - $90; face to face and online)
The aim of our time together is to understand your current physical and emotional needs and
provide you with the knowledge and practical tools to support your optimal health and wellbeing.
Abhyanga - Ayurvedic Massage (90 mins - $130)
The nurturing and energising touch of an Ayurvedic massage is unique. Deliciously warm, herb
infused oils...personalised blend of strokes...energy points. This powerful therapeutic treatment
includes a full body, face and head massage and provides many lasting benefits.
Shirodhara (90 mins - $130)
This profound traditional treatment creates a deep sense of calm and mental spaciousness. A
gentle flow of warm herbalised oil over the forehead nourishes the BodyMind to release stored emotions, improve sleep, relieve stress, anxiety and depression...or just takes you to another place.
Reiki (60 mins - $90)
Reiki is a part of every treatment I do however if you would specifically like a reiki session that also is available.
Aroma Freedom (90 mins - $130 / 60 mins - $90; face to face and online)
Aroma Freedom is a process for identifying and releasing negative thoughts, feelings and memories that interfere with reaching our goals and dreams. It is used to set a person's emotional energy flowing in a positive direction, towards expansion and growth, rather than contracting in fear, doubt and stagnation.
These feelings of fear and doubt and stagnant behaviour may relate to something in our past that continues to have a negative emotional charge; a current situation that feels overwhelming, frustrating or confusing or something that you would love to see happen but feel unable to move forward on.
With the use of Young Living Oils this process triggers a permanent shift in how we view ourselves and the world. Specific blends and the sense of smell are the key to creating a new attitude towards a traumatic memory, or current difficulty or un-achievable goal, by clearing out the negative emotional charge to create an opening for a more positive response.
Yoga Lifestyle Course for 50+ yrs

Maybe you've thought that yoga isn't for you, or you weren't meant for yoga, but what if that's not true?
Yoga is for 'every’ body, it's just finding the right yoga for you, and that is what this course is all about. It is intended for people over 50 however if you are younger than 50, you are very welcome, just don't come expecting pretzel yoga.
The course will explore how to use simple practices and yogic wisdom to feel calmer and stronger in day to day life. Because that's what yoga does, it helps you live life a little better. Maybe you'll feel a little more comfortable in your body, move more easily, feel calmer, sleep better, make better food choices, experience improvements in your relationships...these can all come from practicing yoga.
One analogy I really like is that time on the yoga mat is similar to time you spent practicing in the car park when learning to drive. It's a safe place to practice the skills that will keep you safe on the roads. On the yoga mat you practice skills that will help you navigate life more effectively.
Each of the six 2 hour classes will include asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation, a little bit of yogic philosophy and some lifestyle suggestions based on the principles of Ayurveda.
A private session is also included because the real benefits of yoga come with a daily practice. This will give you a personal practice that you can do at home when it suits you. It might be anything from 10 minutes to 1 hour depending on what fits your life. A consistent, regular 10 minute practice a day will provide greater benefit than a weekly class. Don't misunderstand me, classes are important because they create community and good company is an essential part of living well. So the ideal is both, a little practice at home each day and a class once a week...you'll be a new person, I promise.
The course also includes a little well-being kit of goodies that we will explore. I won't say any more because it will spoil the surprise.
