Conscious Living Retreat - 18-25 July 2020

Ayurveda and Yoga show us who we really are and teach us how to live consciously
. . . not just to survive, but to thrive and really enjoy this experience called life.

Whether you are already on a Yoga or Ayurveda path, or just beginning, this retreat is all about continuing your own journey – wherever you are at right now is where you will start.
“We are not tired, overworked, ill or lonely because we do too much; we are weary because so much of what we do runs counter to the rhythms of nature”
                                                                                                                            Mother Maya

Our intention is to create space for you...space to PAUSE and step out of your current life, space to REFLECT on how you want to live, and space to RECONNECT with your inner wisdom to guide better life choices.

You are invited to step into this space for just one week, a completely supported environment to experience what Ayurveda and Yoga have to offer. The daily programme is structured, meals are regular, food is easy to digest and delicious. The body and mind are toned with daily yoga practices and pampered with massages and a regular routine for sleeping and rising is established.

We know from experience that in just 7 days your digestion and sleep will improve, your body will feel lighter, you will have more energy, your mind will be calmer and you will have a clearer sense of focus.

This retreat is ideal for you if you want to:
  • Deepen your awareness of who you are
  • Lay a strong foundation for making better life choices
  • Learn simple self care practices to support you physically, emotionally & mentally
  • Feel more connected to your health and spirituality
  • Improve your digestion and relationship with food, and find out what ‘eating well’ means for you
  • Connect with your own inner rhythms
  • Understand your relationship with nature’s rhythms
