Conscious Eating Workshop
Whenever we talk Ayurveda, it always comes back to how we eat because it is such an integral part of living well. Unfortunately, the myriad of different diets and fads around today leave people totally confused about who to believe and what to eat.
This 2 day non-residential retreat will change your relationship with food as you explore the concept of food as ‘medicine’. The Ayurvedic understanding of the medicinal properties of food is based on qualities and taste, and has developed over thousands of years of observing and interacting with nature as our food source.
Practical and fun, together we will unravel the mystery of how to eat well to live well. You will learn yoga practices to support digestion, spend some time in the kitchen, enjoy lots of great conversation and most importantly, take home a workbook filled with simple Ayurvedic principles and guidelines to end the confusion (along with some of our favourite recipes).
